What does the 5-year warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including seam failures, fabric flaws, elastic problems in fitted sheets, unusual color fading (despite proper care), and weave defects that affect the fabric's integrity.

What's NOT covered under the warranty?

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper washing or drying, stains, tears from accidents or pets, comfort preferences, or size dissatisfaction.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at [email protected] with photos of the defect and your original purchase receipt. We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and guide you through next steps if it's covered.

Do I get free shipping for warranty replacements?

Yes, we cover all shipping costs for warranty replacements. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement at no charge.

How long do warranty claims take to process?

Most warranty claims are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Once approved, replacement sheets typically ship within 3-5 business days.

Does the warranty cover sheets that shrink after washing?

Only if you followed our care instructions exactly and the shrinkage is unusual. Shrinkage from improper care (like high heat) isn't covered, but contact us to discuss your specific situation.
